Mountain Bike Rental Lima
We are NOT renting our mountain bikes to random clients anymore.
This is the result of bad experiences with rentals.
You may have guessed it: not all people have good things in mind. And unfortunately, we cannot tell the difference.
Sometimes also circumstances make people change. A very pleasant person can change tremendously when he has to open his purse. It has all happened - it REALLY has.
In the near future we may buy some city bikes to rent out. They are much cheaper, need less maintanance and nobody really wants to keep them anyway.
People that may still rent our bikes:
Clients booked over agencies that take on the responsibility
Persons with a local guarantor known to us that takes on the responsibility
Rental Conditions
Mountain Bike Specialized/Trek
< 4 hours: USD 25 / 80 Soles
> 4 hours: USD 35 / 110 Soles
Deposit: USD 100 / 300 Soles (or otherwise agreed upon with your agency or guarantor)
Drop off or pick up at your hotel in Miraflores: USD 10 / 30 Soles per bike

Rental process:
Step 1: Please read: Liability & damage repair costs
Step 2: Check availability with us. Send us your information.
Step 3: Pay rental amount mentioned in emails.
Step 4: At pick up, have your deposit and a copy of your passport ready.

Our bikes
Our bikes are well maintained hardtail trail/cross-country bikes for recreational use: aluminium frames, front suspension, hydraulic brakes and tires with low rolling resistance.
They are meant for tours with sportive tourists (Lima Bay) and training sessions (Outskirts and Pachacamac trails).
The more demanding cyclists who find themselves travelling without bikes but with their SPD shoes and lycra, may get in a proper training session with us, BUT ONLY if they check availability of an appropriate guide with us beforehand.
