Please read through the following conditions carefully. They are part of your agreement with "ACTIVE PERU TRAVEL".

PRICES

All prices are in US Dollar per person. Cash payments in Euro will be accepted according to current exchange rates.

Entrance fees are always included (not for optional tours/visits).

Meals are included as described on every specific itinerary.

ITINERARIES

ACTIVE PERU TRAVEL reserves the right to change itineraries slightly, in the interest of the client for reasons of safety or natural barriers (force major). If parts of the tour are cancelled due to natural barriers, out of safety reasons or health issues, no refunds can be claimed (force major).

Should the client decide not to take part in parts of the itinerary, he can not claim refunds for these tours.

INSURANCES

Although we take all precautions, ACTIVE PERU TRAVEL can not be held responsible for injuries, illnesses, damages, loss or unpredictable delays. We can not be held responsable for loss of enjoyment, delays or compensation resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

Travel and/or involvement in adventure sports carries a risk of damage to property, personal injury or death. You should be sure about all risks involved, and always assume full personal responsibility for this risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that your travel insurance is adequate and appropriate for your particular needs.

PAYMENT / CANCELLATION
Booking:

WITHOUT domestic flights, Inca Trail or Jungle Tours: 25% deposit to guarantee booking

WITH domestic flights, Inca Trail or Jungle Tours: 50% deposit to guarantee booking

Rest payment must have arrived at our account at least 30 days before start of the tour or as agreed upon in our emails

Failure to pay the rest payment in accordance with these payment terms or those mentioned in our emails will be counted as cancelling your trip, in which case you will receive a refund in accordance with the below cancellation terms. Please keep in mind banking days, public holidays, etc.

Cancelation fees WITHOUT domestic flights, Inca Trail or Jungle Tours:

cancellation >60 days before start of the tour: 75% refund

cancellation 60 - 30 days before start of the tour: 50% refund

cancellation 30 - 10 days before start of the tour: 25% refund

cancellation 10 days or less before start of the tour: no refund

Cancelation fees WITH domestic flights, Inca Trail or Jungle Tours:

cancellation >30 days before start of the tour: 50% refund

cancellation 30 - 10 days before start of the tour: 25% refund

cancellation 10 days or less before start of the tour: no refund

Fees for sending refunds are the clients responsibility.
Unfortunately, there will be no exceptions made to the cancellation fees. We can supply a cancellation letter for your insurance company.
