At the end of Avenida Larco in Miraflores, overlooking the ocean, on top of the cliff, is a
somewhat touristy mall with shops, restaurants, bars. They have a food court where you
can get budget eats, some American chains like Tony Romas and Hooters, as well as some
more upscale restaurants and bars. A café on the edge of the mall overlooks the ocean
from atop and serves very good ice cream. You can sit on the outside patio while you
enjoy the view and eat your ice cream. Alpaca111, a famous alpaca store that makes not
only the typical native designs but also more modern ones of very good quality, has a store
in this mall.
