Climbing Tocllaraju Cordillera Blanca
Back
MOUNT TOCLLARAJU
Summit: 6032 meter
Difficulty: moderate (D)
Duration expedition Huaraz - summit - Huaraz: 4 Days
Good to combine with Ishinca and perhaps
Mount Urus (5423)
to start with. Urus is a very easy mountain but due to the decrease of the glacier there is only
little snow left on the way to the summit. While one has to take off and put on his crampons several
times Urus has become a lot less interesting, especially in comparison to Ishinca.
Ishinca combined with Tocllaraju takes 5-6 days.
First class service with private transport to trailstart, official UIAGM mountain guide,
good varied food, quality brand name equipment and private transport back to Huaraz.
Everything included. No hidden costs, no surprises and no explotation.
Please do not forget that the quality of the guide has a great influence at the success of the expedition
and safety.
